- What plans does Lokrix AI offer?
- Four: Free ($0), Starter ($49/mo), Growth ($199/mo — our most popular), and Enterprise (custom, from $2,500/mo). Free includes 50 one-time trial live credits and needs no credit card.
- What is a credit?
- A credit is one live answer-engine response — a single query to one real engine (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok (beta), Gemini, Google AI Overviews, or Google AI Mode) for one prompt. Predictive what-if and path-to-#1 simulations run on the model and cost 0 credits.
- How many credits does a scan use?
- Credits scale with engines × prompts × samples. Because answers are non-deterministic, each prompt is sampled multiple times. A full run across all 7 engines, 100 prompts, sampled 3× each, uses 2,100 credits. Smaller scans (fewer engines, prompts, or samples) cost proportionally less.
- What happens if I run out of included credits?
- Each paid plan bundles a monthly credit balance — Starter 700, Growth 3,000, Enterprise 30,000 credits per month. If you exceed it you can buy overage credit packs (Starter $9, Growth $8, Enterprise $6 per 100 credits) or upgrade — whichever is cheaper for your volume. The Free plan cannot buy overage; upgrade to add credits.
- Which answer engines are covered?
- Lokrix AI measures 7 answer engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok (beta), Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode (AI Overviews and AI Mode are treated as separate engines). Grok is live — it returns answers via a web-search fallback — but kept conservatively in beta, so it does not yet contribute to headline scores. Free tracks 2 engines, Starter tracks 3, and Growth and Enterprise track all 7.
- Do predictive what-if simulations cost credits?
- No. Only live engine runs consume credits. Predictive scoring, what-if simulations, and path-to-#1 previews run on the calibrated model and cost 0 credits on every plan — so you can plan optimizations without spending your balance.
- Can I use my own provider keys (BYOK) or the REST API and MCP?
- Starter includes read-only REST API / MCP access. Growth adds full REST API / MCP access plus BYOK (bring-your-own encrypted provider keys) to route engines direct-to-provider. Enterprise adds a BYOK-or-Pay hybrid with higher API/MCP limits, SSO/SAML/SCIM, and region pinning / on-prem options.
