Properties overview

A property is the thing Lokrix measures: one website or brand whose AI visibility you want to track. Everything else — prompt universes, scans, scores, recommendations and history — hangs off a property. A single workspace can track many properties side by side, so agencies and multi-brand teams manage every site from one account.

What a property is

A property maps one-to-one to a domain (or a brand you want to appear as in AI answers). Internally it is the Project level of the Lokrix tenancy model — the terms “property” and “project” refer to the same object. Each property owns its own:

  • • prompt universe — the buyer questions Lokrix generates for that brand and industry;
  • • scan history — every live or predictive run, with sampling and confidence intervals;
  • • Lokrix AI Score — a calibrated 0–100 composite with a 95% confidence interval;
  • • recommendations — the prioritised, simulated path to improve that property’s visibility.

Where properties live in the hierarchy

Lokrix is multi-tenant: an Organization contains one or more Workspaces, and each workspace contains one or more Properties. Billing, credits and member roles are set at the org/workspace level; scans and scores are always scoped to a single property. For the full tenancy and roles picture, see The workspace model.

Why track many properties

Because credits are shared at the workspace level, tracking several properties together lets you compare visibility across brands, spend your budget where it matters, and keep every report in one place. You move between them with the property switcher without re-authenticating or re-configuring anything.
