Create & manage properties
Every property in Lokrix starts from a single URL and lives inside the current workspace. This page covers the full lifecycle — creating a property, keeping it organised, and archiving or removing it when you no longer track that site.
Create a property
You create a property by entering its URL. Lokrix normalises the URL, detects the brand and industry, generates the prompt universe, and runs the first readiness and scan pass on that new property. That end-to-end flow is described in Per-property onboarding. The first property in a workspace is created for you during the quickstart; every additional property is created from the property switcher.
Name and organise
- • Display name — a property defaults to its brand/domain but can be renamed for clarity (for example, a market or campaign label). The underlying domain used for URL matching does not change.
- • One domain, one property — keep each tracked site as its own property so its prompt universe, score and history stay clean and comparable.
- • Workspace grouping — related properties (for example, all brands of one client) live together in a workspace and share its credit balance.
Archive or remove
When a property is no longer active you can archive it. Archiving pauses scheduled scans so it stops consuming credits, while keeping its full history and reports readable. Removing a property deletes it and its tracked data from the workspace — an irreversible action reserved for members with the required role. Neither action affects other properties in the workspace.
Who can manage properties
Creating, renaming, archiving and removing properties is governed by workspace roles. Viewers can read a property’s scores and reports; editors and above can create and configure properties. Because credits are shared, running scans on any property draws down the same workspace balance — see Credits & metering.
